Privacy

Clear information about your information.

This policy explains what FNQWIFI&Co collects through website enquiries, why it is needed and how you can contact us about it.

Last updated: 18 September 2026

Who we are

FNQWIFI&Co provides practical technology setup, integration, optimisation and troubleshooting services in Ayr and the Burdekin. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@fnqwifico.com.

Information we may collect

When the website enquiry system is enabled, we may collect the information you choose to provide, including:

  • your name, suburb or location, phone number and optional email address
  • the type of technology help you are requesting
  • your description of the problem or proposed setup
  • optional photos of equipment or the relevant setup
  • basic technical and security records generated when the form is submitted

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or unrelated photos of people.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry information to assess what help may be required, contact you about the next step, plan or coordinate the work, keep appropriate business records and protect the enquiry system from misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a booking or confirm a price or arrival time.

How information is held

Enquiry information may be held in FNQWIFI&Co’s Google Workspace account and in the systems used to operate and secure the website. We take reasonable steps to restrict access and protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure.

When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share only the information reasonably required with service providers that support the website or business systems, or with an appropriate tradesperson involved in your job. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Cloud services and overseas processing

Some technology providers used by FNQWIFI&Co may process or store information outside Australia. Their processing locations can vary as their infrastructure changes. We review the services used and update this policy when the website’s information-handling arrangements change.

Keeping information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the enquiry, service delivery, business records, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where practical.

Access, correction or a privacy concern

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@fnqwifico.com. Please describe what you need so we can respond appropriately. We may need to verify your identity before providing access to personal information.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if the website, enquiry workflow or information-handling practices materially change. The latest version will show its update date at the top of this page.
